How We Help Texas Families

Executors Resource handles uncontested Texas probate with a guided system and a Texas attorney, at prices you see upfront. Choose the path that fits the estate. If you are not sure, we confirm it in your intake call before anything is filed.

Estate Administration

Full probate administration for estates with or without a will, from the application through letters and the inventory. Total fee $3,995, plus court costs.

Muniment of Title

A streamlined transfer when there is a valid will and no unpaid debts beyond real estate. Total fee $1,595, plus court costs.

Affidavit of Heirship

Establishes the legal heirs to transfer real property when no formal probate is opened. Total fee $895, plus recording costs.

Small Estate Affidavit

A faster, lower-cost path for smaller estates with no will that meet Texas thresholds. Total fee $895, plus court costs.

Settling an estate is about far more than the court filing. These add-on services are available for an extra fee, quoted for your estate. We also prepare wills and estate plans for Texas residents.

Accountings & Tax Returns

We prepare estate accountings and coordinate final income and estate tax returns, so nothing is missed at filing time.

Insurance & Retirement

We help locate and claim life insurance, annuities, and retirement accounts — with referrals when beneficiaries need guidance.

Clean-Out & Estate Sales

When the estate includes a home, we can arrange a full property clean-out and estate sale to ready it for sale or transfer.

Not Sure Which Path Fits?

Start with the service you think fits. In your intake call we confirm the right path. If the estate needs a different service, we switch you to it and adjust the platform fee. If it does not fit any of our services, either of us can end the engagement within the 3-business-day evaluation period, and we refund your platform fee, less any costs already paid. Not sure which one that is? Take the 2-minute quiz.
