About Executors Resource
We’re replacing the cost, confusion, and stress of probate with a clear, guided process built for Texas families.
Why we exist
Settling an estate is one of the most stressful things a family goes through — and it usually arrives at the worst possible time, in the middle of grief. The traditional path means hourly legal bills, paperwork no one explains, and weeks of uncertainty about what happens next. We built Executors Resource to change that.
We focus exclusively on Texas, so our process is built around how Texas probate courts actually work. We pair clear, flat-fee pricing with a modern online platform that keeps the entire estate organized in one place — documents, deadlines, assets, and beneficiaries — so you always know where things stand and what comes next.
We are not a law firm
We say this plainly: Executors Resource is not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. The large majority of estate administration is administrative and procedural — gathering documents, meeting deadlines, communicating with the parties, and keeping everything organized. That is what we do.
When a matter genuinely requires a licensed attorney — reviewing documents or appearing at a court hearing — we engage an independent Texas attorney to handle that piece. It is a small part of the overall process, but an important one, and we make sure it is covered.
What makes us different
A technology-first process
We are a modern, guided platform — not a stodgy old firm. The estate lives in one secure portal, with every milestone tracked and visible, so nothing gets lost in email or buried in a filing cabinet.
Texas, and only Texas
We do one thing: Texas estate administration. That focus means our process is tuned to Texas courts, Texas timelines, and the alternatives Texas law allows — not a one-size-fits-all national template.
We handle the whole estate
Far beyond the court step, we coordinate accountings, tax returns, insurance and retirement claims, and even property clean-outs and estate sales — the work that usually lands on the family.
