Why We Exist
Settling an estate is one of the hardest jobs a family takes on, yet most uncontested estates involve routine filings. Families should not have to pay hourly rates, or guess at the final bill, for that work.
We focus only on Texas, so our process, documents, and timelines are built around Texas courts and the Texas Estates Code.
Our Story
Executors Resource was started by Texas probate attorneys who kept seeing the same thing: families with simple, uncontested estates paying for more lawyer time than the work required.
So we built a system around those estates: Texas court templates that fill in from your answers, a secure portal, probate specialists for the practical work, and attorneys for the legal work and the hearing.
