Work With Executors Resource
We are a Texas law firm handling uncontested probate with a guided system and clear pricing, and we work with Texas attorneys who appear at hearings, refer routine estates, or take on the contested matters we do not handle.
For Texas Attorneys
Three Ways to Work With Us
Executors Resource is a Texas law firm that handles uncontested probate on fixed fees with a guided document system. We work with other Texas lawyers in three ways: you appear at our clients’ hearings, you send us the routine estates your practice does not take, and you take the contested and complex ones we turn down.
01 — Appearance Work
Cover a hearing
We build the case and file it. You prepare the client’s testimony and appear at an uncontested hearing in your county, for a set fee agreed in writing before you accept the matter.
02 — Referrals In
Send us a routine estate
A client with a simple, uncontested estate sees the price on the site, signs up online, and gets a detailed intake call before anything is filed.
03 — Referrals Out
Take the hard ones
We handle uncontested matters only. Contested estates, dependent administrations, and complex estates go to firms that take that work.
01 — Appearance Work
Appear at Uncontested Hearings in Your County
We engage licensed Texas attorneys to appear at uncontested probate hearings for our clients in counties across the state: applications for letters, muniments of title, and heirship. Our system builds the documents from Texas court templates, our attorneys review and file them, and our probate specialists handle the logistics. You prepare the client’s testimony and appear at the hearing.
What you get
- A complete file before the hearing: the application, proof of death and other facts, the proposed order, and a short case summary
- Scheduling, citation, and service handled on our side
- Post-hearing filings handled on our side
- A set fee per hearing, agreed in writing before you accept a matter
What you do
- Read the file and decide whether to take the matter
- Tell us if anything needs to change before you will sign off on it
- Prepare the client’s testimony
- Appear at the hearing, in person or by Zoom, depending on the court
How a hearing engagement runs
Step 01
We prepare and file. The client works through our system, our attorney reviews the documents, and we e-file the application.
Step 02
We set the hearing. Our probate specialists get the date, handle citation and any waivers, and file the notice.
Step 03
You get the file. The application, proof of death, proposed order, and case summary reach you before the hearing, with the fee already agreed.
Step 04
You appear. You put on the testimony and get the order signed. We take the post-hearing filings from there.
There is no volume commitment. Matters come to you one at a time, with the fee stated before you accept, and you are free to turn one down.
02 — Referrals In
Send Us the Routine Estates You Do Not Take
Not every estate is worth opening a file for. When a prospective client has a small, uncontested Texas estate that your practice does not take on, send them to us instead of turning them away. Our fixed fees run from $895 to $3,995 and are posted on the site, so they know the cost before they commit.
What fits
- Testate and intestate independent administration, with cooperative heirs
- Muniment of title on a self-proved will
- Small estate affidavit
- Affidavit of heirship
What happens after you send them
- They see the price and sign up online. Nothing to schedule first.
- We hold a detailed intake call before we file anything.
- Every engagement starts with a 3-business-day evaluation period. Either side can end it and the fee is refunded, less any costs already paid out.
- If the estate turns out to be contested or more than it looked, we say so and refer it out rather than file it.
03 — Referrals Out
Contested and Complex Estates
Our services cover uncontested matters only. When an estate becomes contested, or turns out to be large or complex, we refer the client to a firm that handles those cases.
What we refer out
- Will contests, heirship disputes, and fights among beneficiaries
- Dependent administrations
- Estates with creditor problems, business interests, or tax issues that need a full firm
To be considered
Tell us the counties you cover and the cases you take. We will keep you in mind when a matter outgrows what we handle.
