Full estate administration
When an estate must pass through a Texas probate court, we manage the entire process from the first filing to final distribution — for one fixed fee.
When full administration is needed
Full administration is the complete probate process, and it is our core service. It applies when an estate has to be formally opened with a Texas probate court — whether there is a valid will (a testate estate) or the decedent left no will and Texas law decides who inherits (an intestate estate).
It is the right path when a simpler alternative will not work: when debts must be settled, when assets cannot be transferred by affidavit, or when the court needs to formally appoint someone to act for the estate. If a lighter-weight option fits your situation, we will tell you and handle that instead.
What’s included
We carry the administrative work that makes up the vast majority of a probate. When a court appearance is required, an independent Texas attorney reviews the documents and attends the hearing — we hire and pay that attorney, so your cost is known up front.
What’s included
- Preparing and filing the probate application
- Gathering wills, death certificates & supporting records
- Identifying and notifying heirs and beneficiaries
- Tracking court deadlines and required notices
- Coordinating the independent attorney & hearing
- Inventory, appraisement & list of claims
- Estate accountings and final tax returns
- Final distribution and closing the estate
How the process unfolds
After a free consultation, we assemble the application and supporting documents from the information you provide in our portal. An independent appearance attorney reviews everything and handles the hearing when one is required.
From there we help you notify creditors, inventory assets, settle valid debts, and keep the estate on track — then guide the final distribution and, if needed, coordinate the estate’s tax returns so everything is properly wrapped up.
