What Happens Next

1. You sign up. Choose your service on our pricing page and pay online.
2. We hold your intake call. We go through the estate in detail. During the first 3 business days after you hire us, either of us can end the engagement for any reason, and we refund your platform fee, less any court filing fees or other costs already paid.
3. You build your documents. You answer questions in the portal, and the system fills in our Texas court templates. A Texas attorney reviews and files them.
4. We go to court with you. A licensed Texas attorney appears with you at the hearing.
