Why We Exist

We focus exclusively on Texas, so our process is built around how Texas probate courts actually work. Our Story
Executors Resource grew out of a Texas law firm. Over years of guiding families through probate, we kept hearing the same frustrations: people wanted certainty about what it would cost, they wanted a process that used technology efficiently instead of paper and phone tag, and they were surprised to learn how much of an estate can be settled without ongoing legal work.
We recognized that not every probate needs an attorney from start to finish. When there is no will contest and no legal dispute that genuinely requires counsel, the bulk of the work is administrative and procedural. So we split off to build something purpose-made for that reality — a flat-fee, technology-driven service designed around the actual pain points Texas families had been telling us about for years, with an independent attorney brought in only for the steps that truly call for one.

We say this plainly: Executors Resource is not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. The large majority of estate administration is administrative and procedural — gathering documents, meeting deadlines, communicating with the parties, and keeping everything organized. That is what we do.
When a matter genuinely requires a licensed attorney — reviewing documents or appearing at a court hearing — we engage an independent Texas attorney to handle that piece. It is a small part of the overall process, but an important one, and we make sure it is covered.
