The steps

2. We prepare everything
We assemble the application and supporting documents from the information you provide in the portal.
3. Attorney review and court hearing
An independent appearance attorney reviews the documents and handles the court hearing when one is required.
4. Administration
We help you notify creditors, inventory assets, settle valid debts, and keep the estate on track.
5. Closing the estate
We help with final distribution and, if needed, coordinate the estate’s tax return so everything is properly wrapped up.
